today was fairly uneventful. back to work, etc. i did get to the gym and might have overdone it on the cardio a bit. my body won't thank me for that tomorrow! oh well. what's done is done. and it felt good at the time!
and so:

blackberries
plain yogurt

snack:
half cranberry nut luna bar
pumpkin seeds
green tea
lunch:
my quinoa salad from yesterday
small handful of this (oh god, it's so so so good... but not very good for you!)
a big pear
snack:
non-dairy dark chocolate chips
dinner:
big big salad made with: romaine + red leaf lettuce, red pepper, red onion, corn niblets, avocado, grape tomatoes, boiled egg, tuna, and my homemade vinaigrette. it was... amazing.
after working out so hard, i was hungry again later so i had tiny bowl of raisin bran (all i had left, i was sad) with skim milk.
and that was that. like i said, boring day.
